Terms and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the full payment for the service.

3. Late Arrivals Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, please note that if you arrive late, we are unable to extend your treatment time, as we have back-to-back appointments scheduled. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure fairness to all clients.
To make the most of your experience, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary intake forms.

4. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full payment for the service.

 

Why This Policy Exists
When you book an appointment, your therapist reserves that time exclusively for you. This blocks off their schedule and ensures availability for other clients before and after your session. Late cancellations or no-shows leave unbookable time slots, disrupt the therapist’s schedule, and impact the overall experience for all clients.
